Lori
Lori was raised with a strong appreciation for her Italian heritage from her father! His creative spirit was passed down, as well as his love for entertaining, good food and design, and above all else his faith.
Lori and Justin have been married over 10 years and together they built a house flipping and design company, Plumb and Fig, where they made the perfect team. Life turned upside down when Justin received an ALS diagnosis in 2018, but they continue to chase after joy and are openly sharing about their journey of faith through terminal illness on their blog Walk Uphill.
Lori loves traveling, cooking (and eating gelato!), interior design, spending time with her precious kiddos and pointing others towards Christ!
Jenn
Jenn grew up appreciating Italian food due to the family bakery her father ran in her hometown. Jenn is an ICU nurse, and runs Chestnut Ridge Honey with her husband, Chad. She is a connector by nature and her entrepreneurial spirit and desire for community impact have led her to start the annual Gifts that Give Hope Fair. Jenn has 3 boys and fills her extra time with creative endeavors that connect people and food! Check out her latest book: Food is Love.

Some life-giving conversations took place, you know the ones where you're talking about those lofty dreams and ideals, but then your friends take you seriously? Well, the dreams kept expanding.

In a world that can sometimes feel heavy, we realized we craved positive impact and being a part of moments that bring joy, even if they are just simple moments. We wanted more moments where friends could dream together, where people are given the opportunity to work even if life feels too complicated, where we could watch faces light up when they experience a new flavor of gelato... !
